	I've popped back with a humungus bowl of punch, all this exercise is not good for you if you do not drink loads......so.... in the punch we have loads of fruit cause it's fruity Friday :-D :-D and....champagne, orange juice and a little something else enjoy :-D :-D :-D

	I am most certainly NOT a mucky sheep - I am concerned that the vibrations may be misconstrued. Mind you, many husbands may be going to bed with a look of relief on their faces tonight. Come to think of it their wives may too. Mickey - I could do that!
