LynGinN Report 17 Dec 2015 16:12

We could barely afford Christmas presents when we were first married, so now it's good to be in a position where we can splurge a bit :-D

Good afternoon Everyone :-) <3 :-D

Had a lovely lunch today. The chef at the pub had a lunchtime special on so we both had a 14oz Aberdeen Angus Steak with chips, beans, mushrooms and tomato all for £4.99 and washed down with a Carlsberg lager - delicious. (Eat your heart out JL) ;-) ;-) :-D

Hi GP :-D <3

Aberdeen Angus Steak, costs us that or more
just for the steak alone up here :-0

GeordiePride

GeordiePride Report 17 Dec 2015 16:35

Hiya Emma :-) <3 :-D The 14oz steak meal normally costs about £13 and the chef occasionally puts a special on at a greatly reduced price of about a £5 and they are worth every penny. :-) :-) :-) :-) ;-)

It was mostly down to J :-D :-D - I just hand him what needs wrapping next, give him bits of sellotape, and write the labels :-D :-D

Left to me, the presents would look like a dog's dinner :-0 :-D ;-)
