bananas and custard :-D

Daughter used to come visiting - can I have a banana mum, off to kitchen - 10 mins later still in there so I wander in knowing she's added a whole can of custard :-S

My Gran used to make rice pudding for after dinner pudding and Blancmange and jelly for tea on a Sunday.

If my Dad had to work he would put the blancmange and jelly in with the cold rice pudding and call it "Cawl Potch" :-D :-D :-D

My Nan used to make a huge egg custard...‘twas lovely :-D :-D :-D

My Scottish grandad used to make the biggest fluffiest dumplings in the world :-D :-D :-D

And dumplings. My one time sort of step mother made fantastic ones. But my mother nor my Gran knew how

We used to have mashed potatoes with milk in a bowl called something like potch a llaeth :-S
I know that's not how you say it but can't find correct form ;-)
