Baz yes I will add my prayers to those that are being offered. Collective prayer is so powerful, doesn't matter if you or the person being prayed for has a strong faith or not. You have heard the saying" its the thought that counts." take comfort from the fact that all these prayers are already helping your mum, God bless Terri xx

Hi Baz I work on a ward where this sort of surgery happens quite often, I can understand how your mum , and you must feel. I know that she must be getting very good care and Im sure that the hospital where you are must have a specialist team of stoma nurses who can help your mum come to terms with her surgery, Keep smiling for her,,she will get better as each day passes and she is in my thoughts and prayers Claire
