Hi all,
Jill is already back from skiing and was going to start giving lessons on card making. Hallo Jill, can you hear me?
Ann, I know nothing about scrap booking at all and am not going to begin. My cupboards are bursting at the seams and I won't live long enough to use up all the bits and bibs I have. I also have lots of pieces of cross stitch work which I want to do/finish. Some already begun and some not.
I still have the muscle pains in my left shoulder/neck and cannot do much at all now.
The weather has been lovely today. Do you think Spring is now round the corner?
Have a nice evening Sylvia xxx

Hi folks staying at daughters at the moment so access is limited as looking after the children and pets.
Hope you are all keeping well, Sylvia sorry to hear that your shoulder is playing up. Hopefully spring is on its way and things will start to feel a lot better.

Mary, sorry to read your sad news xx

I have managed to get on and think that as long as I don't save to faves and google the site I will be OK.
I would get the home page with a few blank spaces then it would just stick and the only way to get the page off would be when I close down.
I started my craft groups this week, crafters on Tuesday and beginners on Friday, and they both went very well. I decided to have two smaller classes of up to 6 so that I could use my craft room rather than decamp to the gite each week.
Feed back has been very good and they were all pleased with the cards they made including a 70 year old gent that comes to the beginners group.
We are waiting for lambs to start arriving but just have three females expecting this year and fingers crossed, no bottle feeding this year :))
Hope every one's keeping well

xx Jill

Jill lovely to hear your craft workshops went so well and they are coming back for more! Will certainly keep you busy. Hope the sheep are OK and have an easy delivery, with no bottle feeding required!

I am going to try and start the ATC swap again if anyone is interested.

Well lovely and sunny and warm here again today, but indoors watching C&C love the templates that are on at the moment (12-1pm) have resisted buying all weekend, but have just bought them all!!!!!
Also she was using twisted pyramid with flower fairies and they were lovely, but they will have to wait as just spent all my spare money. Will have to have a look around in case they are for sale anywhere else. Just love the flower fairies at the moment, have the normal decoupage but these looked so different. Cannot wait for hubby to get back to work and start earning some money again. Also so I can get back to making cards during the day really miss that.

Hope you all had a good weekend

Hi Jo and Jill. glad to hear that your craft groups were a success Jill, I bet you were a bit nervous.

Haven't done much craft work over the weekend after spending all day Friday doing a scrap book page. and making a christening card.

Did go to the range in Cheltenham yesterday where theys ell Papermania stuff. bought a new scrap book and some page inserts plus a couple of small reel of ribbon and a small pack of brads, not a lot really, just replacing stuff.

I am just about to start sorting out photos for the small scraap book i want to do for our eldest Grandson's 21st birthday in july.

Hi Ladies, hope you all received the spread sheet OK

I have received an email from Patricia. Unfortunately she had a nasty fall in church a couple of weeks ago spent 5 days in hospital and has had very bad concussion. I am sure we would all like to wish her a speedy recovery.

Hi Ladies, I have managed to get on but for how long ????
Sending a hug to all that need one and hoping everyone else is keeping well.

Craft groups have been a great success, had been thinking about doing them for a couple of years and wished I had plucked up the nerve before now :))
Been lots of good feed back and my one gentleman crafter loves it, not sure if its the crafting or a room of ladies :))
Hope to be able to add more , think we have solved PC problems and as long as I don't save this to faves and google when I want to open up Genes, I will be OK

xx Jill

Good to see you back on here Jill.

Time to start on the few Easter cards I send I think. had a good day yesterday down in Hampshire, went to hobbycraft and got some bits, picked up a bargain too. A box containing a 12x12 scrap book with 8 backing 12x12 sheets, 10 page protectors and some 2 peel off sheets and a die cut sheet to go in the scrap pages. All for £7.50

the day before in a garden centre they were selling off some craft bits because they have stopped doing craft stuff. I got a corner punch, some ribbon, some brads and some material flowers all at half price.

So today I have to use some of it.
