I have text Tinkerbell and said for her to try and stay strong ,and that we are all here for her ,as thats what friends do be there for one another she was with her Mum when she text me ,its going to be hard for them all

Thank you Joyce and everyone for your condolences. Dad has suffered for seven years since the stroke that left him paralised down the right side and took his speech. A Dr told us yesterday he didn't have long left his right lung was full of fluid. They could put a drain in but we all said he had had enough and not to pull him about and cause more distress to him. He passed peacefully this morning at 8:10. We were all with him. Before his stroke, while discussing their demise, Mum had asked Dad if you go first where will you go? He told her he would wait for her on Benidorm beach. :>) Mum had had a dream this morning, that she saw him stood waving to her. He had come to say good bye.

Was Benidorm where they spent their hols. Its a nice thought that your dad would be waiting there for your mum

I think it's lovely that your Mum dreamed your Dad was saying goodbye, it must have given her some comfort and you too perhaps.
I am so glad he had a peaceful passing and you were all with him at the end, he had had enough treatment and I think you were wise to say 'no more.'

Benidorm beach, not a bad place to wait for loved ones to join him, bless his heart.

Please accept my sympathy Carole and also condolences to your Mum who will be having mixed feelings at the moment. She will be sad because her beloved partner has left her but relieved that he is no longer suffering, no doubt you will also be feeling the same. I am pleased that he passed away peacefully and that you were all with him. What a lovely dream for your Mum to have.
