	He's just been to see house for 3 rd time with his sister, he's a divorcee with a teenager son, no house to sell and likes house very much, sister thinks its great:)))))) watch this space...xx someones alarm is going off out the front, blinking noisy......

	I would reckon that sounds pretty darned promising. Plus, he isn't in a chain - even better news! As far as the alarm is concerned I have a special tool for that. It is called a hammer.

	I had a doorbell once. I hated it because it played 60 billion different plinky plonky songs. I tried to remove it. It still wouldn't shut up. I took a hammer to it. It still wouldn't shut up. I shouted at it. It still wouldn't shut up. Eventually I drowned it.

	How much longer have you got to wait, all of a dither, for an answer? It must be driving you crazy with anticipation. :-)
	Researching: Matthew and Jane Elwood who had my great great grandfather Francis Edward Elwood baptised in 1807 at Horsham Sussex. There is no sign of Matthew or Jane from this date and my great great grandfather was brought up as Francis Edward Elwood MITCHELL

	Ok back to the original subject boys...... ;-) l spoke to the agents about 15 mins ago, they have'nt heard nuffin yet :-( :-( so l am still dithering and yes its driving me mad. jude :-\
