Just watched the opening round of the Heptathlon at Olympic stadium on Television.

That Jessica Ennis looks in good form and very attractive to boot. She probably doesn't realise it but if she played her cards right she could have her way with me. ;-)

Go Jess.

It's actually quite nice if you wear 2 pairs of sunglasses Laines :-D :-D :-D

I do think that they have toned it down a bit from the original REALLY glaring white but it could do with another tweek !

lainie39 Report 3 Aug 2012 19:02

I have had no viewings to date.

The few viewings that have been 'offered' have all been in the evenings or Saturday's when the estate agents say they cannot do them for me. I clearly told them that at least the first few viewings should be done by them - as I didnt feel comfortable doing them myself + what am I paying them for in their fees when I sell if I have effectively sold the house myself???

I cannot quite BELIEVE [in this day and age] that estate agents have not moved with the times and have a late night for viewings and nearly all day on Saturdays! Everyone else in business has had to change to accomodate their customers - so what makes estate agents immune to such changes?

lainie39 Report 3 Aug 2012 19:04

Actually - I do too Ginns [but dont tell the oldies that I said that!! lol] :-D

lainie39 Report 3 Aug 2012 19:12

I have been with them now for 12 weeks - so that is the contract period. I can either lower the price a little - or change agents - but from what little I have heard from friends they are all pretty much the same?

If anyone on here knows different I would appreciate knowing what a good estate agent is like?

Gee Report 3 Aug 2012 19:31

Does it work then Lains?

Our mates are selling and going to rent, which means they will have £400K+ in the bank

It might be worth thinking about, enjoy it now?
