The storm is now heading to the Maritimes ........ so keeping fingers crossed for daughter and her family.


They're hoping they will only get heavy rain, but are prepared for high winds, power outages, etc etc.

Don't think your TPS is working very well then Gins..... :-(

Good morning Sylvs and thank you for breakfast. Something VERY light this morning please. I am going to be weighed at 10am so don't want to eat anything too heavy.....but it all looks just so delicious... :-( :-(


Because OH gets neck pain, I sent for one of those thingies which you can put in the microwave to heat through. It arrived yesterday. It's actually filled with cherry stones and is quite heavy. It looks well made and you can heat it, freeze it and wash it. Just hoping it does the trick for him.

Mind you, he's a man ;-)




This afternoon, I am hoping to take my friend to Dun Elm to buy some new curtains. Naturally, there may be the odd purchase or two I may make whilst it's convenient...... :-D



Son and daughter then coming for an evening meal. It's all go here......Hopefully, I will be able to pop back occasionally. ~~~
