	BTW ....... just to confound everyone ................. for the next 2 weeks, we will be 7 hours behind you, instead of our usual 8 hours. our clocks went forward on Sunday morning

	Good morning...... :-D Thank you for breakfast Sylvia - toast and marmite would be great. :-) Cold and bright here. Wonder what GR are tinkering with now? The error messages are popping up all over the place with me. :-( Taking grandson to dentist re his brace this afternoon....~~~

	Been out for a lovely lunch - you would not believe how much I ate - I couldn't eat that much at home !! !!! Got to get back up to 7 stone !!! I think I might have managed it ;-) :-D Dea Xxx

	I had Gammon, chips and peas with grilled mushrooms and tomatoes BUT the gammon was a 10 oz one and came with 2 free range LARGE fried eggs !!! If I have one at home I have about 5 or 6 oz and I can never eat more than one fried egg, even without the gammon but I REALLY enjoyed it !! - I think it is because I have not been allowed to eat properly for the past week or so ;-) Hope you enjoy your Curry - I quite fancy one of those too !! Bit too full tonight but I might attempt one tomorrow. Dea Xxx

	Well done Dea! Keep that up and you'll soon be up to 10 stone, never mind 7!!! Have been on the go all day so am hoping for a couple of peaceful hours now...... Going for a browse and then over to the other side... ;-)

	Mornin all~~~~~~ I would love some porridge but Im still full from last night ! We had a good night, food was very good and the service was fab Not a late night but had a few glasses of wine and I feel pooped this morning. Taking a group of students to an ET this morning...........reckon I might fall asleep!

	Good morning all and thank you for breakfast Sylvs. Porridge for me please. I am going to lunch at the launch of the Adult Autism Assessment Service in our area. I am also speaking at it :-S It's something I am very keen on - as you may have noticed!!! But first.......I have the bathroom to clean and the beds to make... ;-)
