Scuse me but tomorrow morning is busy for me as it's you-know-where day. I will be out to pick daughter up and deliver her to where she goes and then back to take OH and self to ours.

I will leave the kitchen open - please help yerselves.

Gins, I used to love doing jigsaws - until I discovered genealogy and the internet :-(

I still have a pile of them in the attic. I always preferred people/family scenes or maps. Was never keen on views. Worked my way up to those with over 2,000 at one stage. Those were the days...... :-D

Gins I used to love doing jigsaws. Now I use my Nintendo Dsi to do all kinds of puzzles keeps the old grey matter ticking over :-)

I am in the minority today OH was out so I got the washing on quick tidy up and then sat on me bum and had a lazy afternoon watching stuff I had recorded :-D

Never even switched on the lappie till about 30 min ago :-)

The images of the jigsaws are all very, tranquil....'Chocolate Box'

Here I am with extra milk, danish pastries and croissants - I will set them out for you while I start cooking..................

Tea, coffe and juices already out with the cereals.

Porridge is just about done.

Plenty of toast, crackers, warm bread rolls, hams and cheeses.

Bacon, eggs, sausage, mushrooms, tomatoes etc will all be ready soon.

Went up to see sis and had lunch with her.

She needed some dental 'sticks' (as she called them) floss, in other words. Went to three shops before we got them!

Stayed for about three hours, she started to fall asleep, so we left her to have a little sleep, before the next visitors arrived.

It was so sad to see one of her fellow sufferers in such pain

I am back Dea.....have been for a while but have been looking something up for someone.


So glad you are able to spend time with your sister Gins......she will appreciate it and it will help you too.

DIL has asked us to babysit for an hour tomorrow night for both the GD's - first time she will have left the baby with anyone. WHOOPEE :-D :-D :-D :-D :-D

Yes Linds....spent time with Tammy, she seemed to spend all her time massaging my sisters feet!

OH's sister is coming to town later today ..... it's the first time she has been able to come down since her op last year.

so she will be seeing her son's baby daughter for the first time since baby arrived at the end of January.


She also has to go and see an ENT specialist on Thursday re some big nose bleeding that she has been having as the result of her chemo .......... . she's just had the 6 of 8 treatments. OH is going to take her to that appointment ...... it's in a neighbouring town that we literally never visit, so he has no idea where he is going!!

Gins No she doesn't still have that lovely baby smell but she always gives me a smile and sticks the tip of her tongue out.
