Thanks Renes. Good idea.

Gins, the board have been quieter since the Help Clinic furore. I can veryify that by the way I do my 'rounds' with my messages. I do far fewer now than I did and there are definitely less on the boards.

See.....Fans got muddled...wot a surprize! Renes...my admiration goes up for you in leaps and bounds.

Whats EF..??

You can post the rest except for Friday getting home Renes,as you appear to have a memory like an elephant and mine is rather like the squirrels that cant remember where they hid their nuts..

Nicks???
Should think most right minded people would try and hide from you..Whirlwinds and chaos come to mind when I think of you, which I try not to often..;)

We are so frustrated.

Months of work coordinating new shop signage,

change of name,

planning permission,

newsletter

and big sale to relaunch 4th January.

Planned to last detail.

Today the supplier for the signwriter is told they cannot deliver the work as they have taken on work from a bigger company.

ARRRGhhh.

LadyKira

LadyKira Report 15 Dec 2010 23:14

Trouble is We have now been given a date mid January.

Even if we were to use someone else it would take even longer

It is to do with light boxes and sticking out signs.

Ahh,this person only does sign writing, not electric stuff, the good old fashioned stuff, but very good at it,so is his Mrs...

Off to bed for me

Night

HID does not get any where NEAR my puter Renes,so he cant do it..
I make him stand back 4 paces to read anything,I know what happens when others use my puter...It costs a fortune to get it sorted out...

Bacon - crispy fried (burnt)
Sausages - sizzled(burnt)
Eggs - any which way - depending on my mood
Hash browns and fried bread for those who need sustenance.
Tomatoes fresh or tinned
Beans from the factory not far from me

Toast - white, brown, black

Salmon paste for any who may be pregnant

Coffee - black, white or brown. Decappitated or non decappitated
Tea - Earl Grey, Lady Grey, Miss Grey, Master Grey.
Juice - squeeze your own orange
Water - turn the tap

That's it.....I'm now exhausted running round after you lot. Don't know how our Sylvs does it.

Blowing a gale here, pouring with rain but I am going out for lunch with friends so I don't really care.

OOh Cynthia - Thank you.

It seems I am just in time!!

I just LOVE crispy frazzled bacon and 'black' sausages - exactly how my dear husband always cooks them for me (though not very often!), and those lovely tinned tomatoes with lots of black pepper!

A real treat today........

Washed down with decappitated tea for me please.............

dribble dribble, slurp slurp.......... delicious Xxxxxxxxxxx

Good morning all.

I was sent this e-mail... thought that you might all enjoy it

Mike was going to be married to Karen so his Father sat him down for a little chat.

He said, 'Mike, let me tell you something.
On my wedding night in our honeymoon suite, I took off my pants, handed them to your Mother, and said, 'Here, try these on.''

She did and said, 'These are too big. I can't wear them.'

I replied, 'Exactly.. I wear the pants in this family and I always will.'

Ever since that night, we have never had any problems.

'Hmmm,' said Mike. He thought that might be a good thing to try.

On his honeymoon, Mike took off his pants and said to Karen, 'Here, try these on..!

She tried them on and said, 'These are too large. They don't fit me.'

Mike said, 'Exactly. I wear the pants in this family and I always will.
I don't want you to ever forget that.'

Then Karen took off her panties and handed them to Mike.
She said, 'Here, you try on mine !

Mike did and said, 'I can't get into your panties.'

Karen said, 'Exactly.
And if you don't change your smart-ass attitude, you never will.'

I think we just have to accept it. The sign writer is in the same parade and is a small guy like us. He is reliant on the bigger companies for certain parts of his work. The bigger companies do would rather take on big jobs from big companies. It does not seem to be very professional though.

It seems that everything is happening at once.
