Hi am trying to find some information on my maternal granfather-who was born in 1909 or 1910 -but can only find his birth record -am interested to find his parents but cant find any more info-thankyou Jane North nee Williamson

I can only see a Frederick Walter Goodwin born 1909?

Do you know when/where Frederick Oswin died (might give his birthdate to help)

Oh dear, he probably was older than two if he can remember that, poor thing.

Some further info from his parent's marriage

Neither had been married before and both put address as 42 St James Road.

Charles father was deceased but had been a butcher. Louise's father's name looks more like Osmond and he was a "chaff-cutter". Charles was a horse-keeper.

The witnesses were Minnie Layton and Frederick Goodwin.

Is this a possible for his mother's remarriage?
