Find Ancestors

I am back on here after some time with fresh eyes trying to trace my grandfathers birth and birth mother.
His father was George Knott Glassblower 1846, married to Margaret Fether 1845, ? Jane 1845.,? possibly Jane Short 1838.
I am completely stumped on this line. He was placed in an orphanage with his brother at en early age, maybe his mother died and his father remarried?. He was later taken out of the ophanage and became a baker some years later.
I can find no actual conclusive evidence to continue this line and would appreciate any help

thank you, in that record Georges dob is different and i am not aware of a Herbert F knott. How could i confirm this is the same family if indead it is?
There appears to be many people with similar names. i am not very good at actually confirming things. i appreciate your help

I can see Herbert 1901 and 1911 but not 1891. It would be really useful to find him I think!
It is definitely the same George 1881 as his occupation is so distinctive - and 1843/44 is not significant.
