Think this is Lucy Ann in 1939 - note DoB. I can't find a marriage to a William Bingham, but a note in green by her name has "c/w Francis Lucy Ann". Maybe an indication that she was just known as Bingham? If a change of name due to marriage would expect the date that the name was changed on the register to be noted too.

Bingham Household (2 People)
35 Willersley Street , Nottingham C.B., Nottinghamshire, England

FIRST NAME(S) LAST NAME(S) DOB SEX OCCUPATION MARITAL STATUS SCHEDULE SCHEDULE SUB NUMBER
Lucy (Ann) Francis (Bingham) 13 Feb 1896 Female Unpaid Domestic Duties Married 167 2
William Bingham 10 May 1899 Male Florist Married 167 1

There are no closed records.

EDIT - I see from your previous thread Lucy died as Francis
