Hi Janet I would be SO greateful if you could please look up a lady called Annie Poley for me. I think she was born around 1880-5, I believe in South Wales..possibly Swansea. She was my great-grandmother and died in childbirth on my grandmother. I'd love to find out more about her Many Thanks Kay xx

Hi Janet, need help badly trying to find my gr grandparents and family, i have birth certifacates of granparents with their names on and where they lived but nothing else, all the info i can give you is this...... william gringles roberts born on 6 december 1914 parents are Cathrine Roberts of 11 anderson street, salford, she was a resaurant server, but don't know where ?? Isabella Taylor born 18 march 1908 parents are James Taylor and Elizabeth Taylor, late Monks formerly known as McCardle they lived at 40 west union street, salford Arthur Roberts born on 16 december 1906 parents are Thomas William Humphrey Roberts, he was a police officer and Lucy Roberts formerly Brindley they lived at 27 tennyson street Pendleton Salford, that is all i have on them and cannot find anything else, need help, please thankyou Laura

If you have the census and its not Ancestry.com, would you please look up Robert Tucker age approx 5 years with father Edwin Tucker, possible in the Balham/Clapham/Streatham or Battersea area of London. They are not on Ancestry site as the census is not complete, there are unindexed pages especially for Clapham and Battersea. Many Thanks Christina

I'd ve very grateful if you could look up Flora Ann Doughty, born c1866-1870 (she seems to have knocked a few years off her age at some point in her life!), born Farnborough Hampshire and should still be living there. Husband (George William Doughty) was almost certainly still in the army at this point, so may not be at the same address (wherever the is, he should appear as age 32, born Lambeth, occupation Band Sergeant, Royal Dragoons). What I really want to know is whether Flora's step-son, also called George Doughty, is living with her, and if so, where/when he was born. He should be no older than 11. I think George Doughty Snr married, had son, and was widowed while stationed in Ireland, which is making him & his first family difficult to pin down. It is possible that Flora may be living with her parents Frederick & Flora Shurvill and her sister Lucy. (Shurvill may be mis-spelt - worst I have some across is "Sturvell"). He was a cab-driver, (1881), later cab proprietor (1901); address Farnborough Rd Farnborough 1881, Stanley Villas, Cross St,. Farnborough 1901. Thanks, Gill Taylor

Hi Janet, Could you look up John SELDON (b. 1838) married to Jane (b.1844), living in Harford (Landkey), Devon. They had various family members staying with them in 1881 and 1901 which has helped me - is there anyone else there in 1891? Thanks, Sarah
