having trouble exporting gedcom

i have done this before so i know what to do but after some tree updates i have done recently i thought i would export my gedcom, so i clicked the link but received no file in my email, i thought it was just a glitch so i went to try again but it seems to be stuck with the message |

Although the "Access to tree " problem appears to have been resolved, this problem is still ongoing. |

When I got up this morning I was hoping to do some work on my tree and that the problem with exporting to a GEDCOM file would have been resolved. After the events of the past 8 days I should have known better than to count my chickens before they hatched, because when I tried to export my tree as a GEDCOM file I still cannot do this :-( |

Just taken note of the Genes threads asking people about family tree week ,what a ru**y joke ,when members can't even export their gedcom,,come on Genes get your act in gear ,before there is a mass exodus to a better family history site.and there are a couple of good ones :-( Fred :-|. |
