Oh I'd go in the one next door first just to have a gospel sing song bash,,,,,,then go where I'd meet like minded people and listen to something more realistic and sensible.

Just popped on to see whats happening,

John, your post on page 1 at 18:18 You are deluding yourself, Errol was imo only responding to your earlier post and as you/we cross posted earlier then i made an allowance for that; call it a free beee

Don't ever call my bravery into question again my man,

I have seen more bravery in a 6 month period than you could read about if you lived to be 1,000 years old

your post in reply to Errol when he asked
Since when have you been appointed to say what people may or may not say

JohnLovesCocoa 6 Feb 2013 18:45

Since when have you been appointed to say what people may or may not say?

Since 3rd Dec 2012

Now get on with it, Errol. And stop being constantly diverted

Who from GR gave you the authorization on the 3rd of December to dictate who could post what on the boards

Roy - no answer came the stern reply!

I have found a place near me where people can go on a Sunday, debate with others, sing songs and generally have a thoroughly good time whilst discussing their differing opinions concerning life and death.

It's called a pub.

AnnCardiff

AnnCardiff Report 7 Feb 2013 09:29

I've been there :-D :-D

eRRolSheep

eRRolSheep Report 7 Feb 2013 09:33

Porkie_Pie Report 7 Feb 2013 09:46

Funny thing is Errol We appear to also have several of those local to me all with different names and the really strange thing is,

They are open 7 days a week so we can meet at a time and date that is convenient to all, Which is i feel very important because some who may wish to attend have to work on Sundays

Pint of J Smith's extra smooth for me please:-D

Roy

They can be very welcoming, can't they?

I'll grab my pint of Sharps Doombar and then we can discuss life and the universe - unless the landlord tells me I am not allowed to of course.

Porkie_Pie

Porkie_Pie Report 7 Feb 2013 10:08

Yes very welcoming, Interesting choice of refreshment Errol, I must admit Ive never tried Sharps Doombar, We don't have it in my local but i must give it a try next time i'm in the south west,

Think it may be an idea to check if next weeks meeting house sells "Extra strong sheep dip lager" just in-case Eldrick turns up as the guest speaker ;-)

There is a Sheep Dip bitter and whisky.
Doombar is a superb pint and you can get it outside the South West.
Hot drinks available of course as well for those who like them.
