I'm using Firefox and had accessed the site from three different PCs in the last week and had no error messages whatsoever. The only problem I am having is that I am unable to upload any photos whatsoever to any profile on either the new or old tree. So I'm not sure what is going on, I don't other people are having probelms with photo uploading?

As long as Genes keep the old tree available I'll be happy, I hate the new one with a passion.

Jeez, am so frustrated, do the support team work only office hours? Sent an error message to support at around 8pm last night, they finally emailed back at 5pm today and asked for further info, i replied at 615pm, does that mean it will be take until tomorrow late afternoon to sort? Such a shame i didnt look on the forums before i subscribed, may not have done, at least it was only a month :( I cant believe that such a large site doesnt have better support?? someone please help!!

office hours only - and if you reply to GR with "ATTENTION SO & SO" and that person is on leave, you get on the roundabout again......... more generic responses........... :-P I'm getting dizzy :-(

8 or 8:30 am to about 4:30 pm




Some people manage to get a response by going to the GR Wall on FB, and posing their question on there


NOT the best or preferred method by most members ............ but at least you get some sort of response!

I just 'clicked' on sent messages - on the home page - and after a very long wait it did open. But that pause is far too long for a 21 century website.

Correction: it was from the 'messages' page NOT the home page.
The home page still has no mini-tree!

It is taking about 20 seconds to go from - messages to sent messages. :-( :-( :-( :-(

I still cannot open Sent messages ........ even after waiting 50 or more seconds!



and I can still only open I message in my Inbox, and then have to leave Message Centre and re-enter before opening a second one.

...... I have not done anything with my tree on here for the last 12 months, at least!

I do know that I can open it, but that is all

Trying to post on a thread and got error message

If GR want their members to help on the boards then they are going to have to get this problem sorted
