Good morning all :-D

Thank you for breakfast Sylvs.......lunch looks wonderful and I look forward to it when I get back from you know where. Have you thought of googling for OH's cardi to see if anyone else in your area stocks it?

Gin? You must surely know what a Cenotaph service is ?? :-S :-S :-S

We have a large gathering at our local Cenotaph which is within the church grounds. It closes four main roads and needs police escorts. It is lead by local clergy and, each year, there seem to be more and more young people joining in. Very moving, especially the Last Post and the lowering of the flags.

Linds, hope all goes well tomorrow <3

Must go......~~~

Oh dear me.....I cant remember

Can I re whisk Yorkshire pudding batter after its been left over night or do I just pour into the hot tins :-S

I seem to remember my mom saying, it will knock all the air out of it if I whisk it again :-S

Dea

Dea Report 11 Nov 2012 14:53

I don't know about overnight but certainly when you first whisk it you need to let it rest!

After all that time though, I think I would be tempted just to mix it through with a fork !!

Hi all
xxx

cloudy and dreary this morning .......... but the rain has not yet arrived (just after noon) .............. so the Cenotaph services around this area have at least been dry.

I do hate that word.

Snow. :-( :-| :-(

Very good crowd this morning for the Remembrance Parade today. I had to park on the local Tesco car park and walk because of the traffic queues :-S

The weather was perfect - chilly but not freezing. All ages were gathered and I could see eyes being wiped. Even the children were respectful during the Silence.

Dea.........how can you keep losing your emoticons?? Dear oh dear. <3
