We swopped our routine with OH med's round this morning so it made me a bit late......


Sounds as though Gins had a brilliant night.............. :-D


Funny about the burgers Linds.....just now and then we get the urge to go to the big M. Don't ask me why...... :-S


Dea, re that d/c. The deceased was a widow and had been married to OH's uncle of whom we know zilch.

The reason I send for the d/c was to find out who the informant was - to see if they had had any children.


I have their birth certificates - his Liverpool 1913. Hers Scotland 1922. Their marriage (his 2nd) Tynemouth 1960 and their death certificates, his Tynemouth 1970 and hers Scotland 1987.


Have tried really hard to find his 1st marriage but there are too many with the same name.

'tis costing me a fortune in certs and OH isn't even interested :-| :-| :-|


I'm going to try phoning the registry office in Scotland to see if they have any printed records with the details on.


Meanwhile, it's a beautiful day and I must go and hang some washing out......~~~

I have been a naughty girl today.........got myself the new iphone, a pizza stone and some makeup

Got a good deal on the phone, £27pm, unlimited calls/texts and 1GB for downloads.

A LOT of people have got rid of their land-lines Gins - It seems to make sense if you use the phone a lot !!

No meat I'm affraid, red peppers, red onion, mushrooms, sweetcorn, toms and mozzarella. French bread, leaf salad and some 'slaw's'

I need to go and make the base for the pizza soon

I don't need meat thank you Ginns - I have a very quick pizza base recipe - just flour and salt and olive oil !! - It turns out quite nice !!!

OOOhh - went to check - from what you said, I had got it wrong !!! :-(

4 oz S R Flour - i/2 teasp salt. 1 Tablespoon of Olive Oil + 3 - 4 tablespoons of cold water. !!!

So busy...........have been printing something off for someone and it took forever!!


Picked daughter up and went to coffee shop and then on to retail park. Had to pick our time because the retail park is adjacent to the local football stadium and there was a home game on. :-S


Came home - takeaway - sit down - take daughter home - relax!!!


Daughter had to have her landline reinstated so that she could get Sky/internet etc.,

We were trying to decide whether to eat in (what to have) or eat out then I read your post and thought "Oh I fancy going out" so we did.

It was scrumptious :-D

Plan for today was to do housework get washing out and do nought.

Son phones can you keep the girls for a couple of hours?

Naturally we did :-D

Then I had to tidy up and get rid of all the little fingerprints :-) :-D :-D
