	Cyn, I am still about, lurking in the background. I did make an appearance here yesterday and I have been in contact with Toots today. Am I OK? Well that's a matter of opinion I suppose. :-D
	Researching: Don't put off until tomorrow doing what you can do today. If you like doing it today you can do it again tomorrow. Be kind to your children for it is they who will decide which care home you end up in.

	Good morning everyone xxx we still have high winds Breakfast is ready Porridge Selection of cold cereals fresh fruit bowl, with yoghurt Fulle English scrabbled eggs on toast, as requested by Cyn :-D in the warmers ...... bacon, ham, turkey sausages, poached eggs, grilled mushrooms, baked tomatoes, baked beans, fried bread Toast (selection of home made breads) croissants barm cakes bagels selection of home made jams, jellies, and marmalades, peanut butter, vegemite tea, coffee, juices enjoy xx s xx

	Good morning... :-D I've just spotted those two lovely words..........................fried bread :-D I think I can manage some of that along with the scrabbled eggs on toast....thank you Sylvs. :-D Another beautiful morning.....sorry you've got OFSTED Gins....... :-( OH has his neuro physio returning today........he was suffering with really bad neck pain a few months ago, so we put in a request. Guess what? His neck is better.........mind you, it does tend to come and go, so some advice will be welcome. Going for a browse here and........there ;-)

	Poor David......hope it all goes well for you. Nice to hear from you again. Sounds like it's the Tuesday Night Gang now Gins.....Enjoy.... :-D No cheeky Stonewall....I am NOT a pain in the neck...........as if..... ;-) Physio plus student duly arrived and spend an hour and a half here. Really nice young woman. They had OH on his chair, his bed and other chair, showing him how to keep his shoulder/neck/back muscles in good shape and how to improve and maintain posture. It was quite funny to watch...... :-D
