I had only one brother, over 10 years older than me, so we are almost like 2 separate families ....... he had left school and gone to work (age 14) before I started nursery school!

....... and he literally dropped dead in 1990 at the age of 60


Most of the cousins are/were at least 12 years older than me, one was about 5 years older, and 2 boys were 4 and 5 years younger



so I never really knew any of them when we were growing up.

The cousin's daughter was illegitimate, and 6 years younger than me .......... she was taken to Australia when she was about 14, treated almost as a slave by her mother and then husband, but found a wonderful man to marry. I re-made contact with her in 1975, and we are really close.

Hot Cereals:-
Porridge, Quick Quaker Oats


In the warmers:-
bacon, turkey sausage, pork sausage, eggs any style, grilled tomatoes, grilled mushrooms, baked beans


Toast, bagels, Danish pastries, croissants


Selection of jams, jellies and marmalades, plus Marmite

At the op right of the page by the word facebook there are 3 symbols
one is for friend requests that you can accept or reject.
one is for private messages and the other is notifications.
That will tell you if some has reponded to a comment you make.

Agh yes......the power of social networking...and the people of course

It's fab that businesses can have a webpage to advertise and make more money but they also have to remember that the feedback is not always what they want to hear....but at least they are listening
