	BTW there are several posts around of people being able to find their threads from Help Clinic, and being able to post on them www.genesreunited.co.uk/boards.page/board/help_clinic/ I guess the question is ................... will they get any responses???? as someone has just said ......... GR hasn't told people on here that the Clinic is no longer active. s xxx

	They only popped round for an hour anyway Renes, dont stay too long because my mum cannot smoke here ja...x

	Breakfast ....... hoping you can't hear the rain! Tea, coffee, juices Cold Cereals:- Corn Flakes, AllBran, Shredded Wheat, Rice Crispies, Triple Berry Oatmeal Crisp Hot Cereals:- Porridge, Quick Quaker Oats In the warmers:- bacon, turkey sausage, pork sausage, omelette, boiled eggs, grilled tomatoes, grilled mushrooms, baked beans Toast, bagels, croissants, Danish pastries Selection of jams, jellies and marmalades, plus Marmite Enjoy! s xxx

	Munching toast as we speak - look at the crumbs :.::...:::.:: The next three days seem to have every hour taken......so I need my energy. Didn't sleep too well as I kept waking up thinking about my friend. Granddaughter and my daughter are sleeping here tonight because we have the Christmas Fair tomorrow. I eventually decided on Aladdin's Speciality Coffee Shop! Going to make our coolie hats later. Wot a shame I'm not on FB...hahaha Hope Dea is feeling better this morning.

	Good morning all, You are right Ginns, there isn't much that can keep me away from that lovely breakfast!!! It's this blumin cold winter air that does it, then you have the heating on to try to warm things up and that dries the air inside the house - none of it helps when you have breathing problems. Anyway, I will just have to put up with it until Spring arrives !!!!!!!!!! Cynthia, I hope you have a better sleep tonight, try to enjoy the weekend - It sounds like hard work but a lot of fun. I am sure your grand-daughter will have a great time. Hopefully all that 'activity' will help to take your mind off more painful thoughts for a while. Big huggs !!!!! Dea Xxx
