	No snow here, but a bit cold. Car wont start either I have been told, whats the point of having a chelsea tractor if it does'nt start when it cold? Think the diesel has gone off or its frozen? ja...x

	Am back. Crackered. Granddaughter is giving me a foot massage......bliss! Gins, JC posted a comment about FB earlier.....see....you're not keeping up again! Chinese tonight.....mmmm....... Still no snow......:)) Fans....Spanish rain is probably warmer than English rain.....but you'll still get wet.....hahahaha

	Spanish rain is often warmer than english rain - HOWEVER - The rain around Granada can be bl####y cold and wet !!! Don't worry Fans - Renes will sort it for you and when you get 'up the mountain' All will be well !!!! Dea x

	Dea , don't start mollycoddling our Fans for goodness sake!!! Poor Renes will have enough on her plate just having you know who there!! Think she needs a medal meself... brave woman.

	Lunch tomorrow - I am having pork! However, the silly butcher has cut all the 'crackling skin' off the loin and you can't have Pork without crackling can you ??? I am going to treat it like a turkey joint and cover it with butter, olive oil and goose fat, then wrap it in bacon and roast it slowly with little baby sausages !! Hope it turns out O.K. !! Dea Xxx

Member Since: June 2008 Posts: 3,659 Send Message	Fans I love your photos - It is very warm to hot in the day - but when the sun goes down it is chilly ( for us) --- Dea is correct the rain is warmer than in UK - - but it will all be fine when Fans comes She has her own house down the Calle from me - so she can escape me anytime she wants - she has a huge top terrace that gets masses of sun all day long - and a garden that it sunny until about 2.00pm --- the inside of the houses are generally colder than outside - no fancy central heating here The is no frosts - and lettuces can be grown 365 days a year in the open -- The coast here is the Costa Tropical ---- because of the good weather Ginny --- when are we going to see some of your photos please Jax --- you have a Jax - thank you showing on first line of a TTF thread Renes

Member Since: June 2008 Posts: 3,659 Send Message	Dea I cook lomo - smear with a little mustard - wrap in bacon - and cook in a roasting bag with some chopped sage and finely chopped onions - The loin stays really moist and the juices make a lovely sauce Am cooking it for Fans - as I know she likes pork

	we don't get pork crackling at all all pork is skinned when we buy it. I guess the only way would be buy a pig, have it slaughtered to your requirements .................... and then a big enough freezer to keep it all in! s xx
