Christopher Sorry mate you must have been tired as I was then and missed it. (don't intent to be judgemental) I must be honest, had started to resort to checking the Maiden names listed on every page to each Wicks marriage. Saw your post and didn't bother for quite some time to look on 1837, and my first intention was to look after the birth, but then thought if it were after the birth she would not have been registered as Wicks. Still never mind got there in the end. Victor.

Adam Do you intend sending for the certs, if you do can you reply and let us know what the outcome is. Would love to see if it all comes together. To the rest of you that contributed, 'GREAT TEAM EFFORT', took a while but think it all turned out rather well. Victor

hi guys.....another titbit for you......the sister of rose - who i am confident on now - was known as 'minnie', could this be short for miniver??
