Kia Ora Karen Your geography knowledge cannot be worse than mine! A tricky one for you! Two brothers: William (bn1828?) and Richard (bn1831?) LAVENDER went to Australia in 1854. We think their parents were James & Joyce LAVENDER. There may be other children. We have no idea where in Essex they may have been born or lived I'm afraid. The only clue is that Richard was born in Rickling Green Essex according to the birth cert. of his son so am presuming they were around the area of Essex somewhere. If there any Lavenders at all I'd be grateful to know as it may help in the future in locating the family. Regards Marlene in the South Pacific

Hiya Maz I'm good ta, it was good meeting you on Sunday :-) - this was one of the things I brought on Sunday :-) I've found one Emma Wright where the age kinda matches, theres no details of where they were born, or what the relationship are, but heres the details (I think this must be at least 2 families under the same folio number):- RG9 - Piece 1066 Folio 121 High Ongar Female WRIGHT - 1 month old Alice WRIGHT - 3 yrs old Ann WRIGHT - 8 yrs old Charles WRIGHT - 6yrs old Eliza WRIGHT - 19 yrs old Emma WRIGHT - 14 yrs old Fanny WRIGHT - 3 yrs old George WRIGHT - 1 yr old James WRIGHT - 12 yrs old James WRIGHT - 8 yrs old Jane WRIGHT - 41 yrs old Jane WRIGHT - 41 yrs old (listed twice on census index dont know if same one as above) Joseph WRIGHT - 5 yrs old Mary A WRIGHT - 17 yrs old Samuel WRIGHT - 40 yrs old Samuel WRIGHT - 10 yrs old Sarah WRIGHT - 65 yrs old Walter WRIGHT - 12 yrs old Walter WRIGHT - 11 yrs old William WRIGHT - 74 yrs old William WRIGHT - 43 yrs old Hope this lot helps you.
