Hi Ladies, sorry not to have been about much but apart from lots of family visits we also have a major thing going on with my step brother and sister in NZ.
I am in the middle of booking a trip home to the Isle of Man to stay with my mum while my dad flies to NZ .
Will try and get all my cards sent of for the rest of the birthdays due the next few weeks.
Sylvia, have posted you the CDs so you should get them soon.

xx Jill

Hi Jill,
Sorry to hear about the trouble in NZ, but does your father really think he can help?
Have a nice time with your mum, but you will be on tenterhooks I suppose. Nice to see you around again.

Sylvia, there is not much time left for my step brother and he wants to see him while he is still able to be aware of whats going on. We have been given at the most two months and the strain is too much on his sister who is going through the same thing.
Will be good to see my mum as dont get across there very often since they moved to the Isle of Man.
Trying to work out how much crafty bits I can pack :))

xx Jill

Jill have a lovely time in the IOM with your Mum and hope everything goes well for your Dad in NZ with your step brother and sister. I am sure you will manage to pack plenty of crafty bits!!

I have just received an email from Lynne (Irish Angel) she has had a really nasty fall which resulted in a compound fracture to her left arm and a completely shattered shoulder. She has been in hospital for a couple of weeks and has had to have surgery, and is not sure if she will need more and may even need skin grafts. She is in a lot of pain and discomfort at the moment.
I am sure we all wish her a very speedy recovery.

Hoi all,
Sorry Jill if my last comments didn't sound very kind, but I meant something else. What a terrible torment your family must be going through.
Johan dragged me out to the secondhand shop today and we bought another office swivel chair. We have swivelled so much in the other one that it has almost given up the ghost. I've just cleaned it up - actually didn't really need much cleaning. I think an office must have gone bankrupt and given these chairs for charity as they are in such a good condition.
I have to go into town again tomorrow and pick up my new passport. I think I'll visit that new shop again. I've told Johan about it so he wants to look too.
I won 50 Euros on the National Lottery. Our Lottery is on the 10th of every month. Last month I won 20 Euros. Just think of what I may win next month?
Yes, just a dreamer, that's me.

Hi all,
Jill, thanks for the CDs. Have to play them still, but life is a bit hectic at the moment again. Have to finish off a few cards for my hairdresser.
Glad you received my letter Jo.
I have some Xmas cards finished, but only a start. I hope nobody asks me to make Xmas cards for them, as I have so many to make for myself, then the Birthday Girls.
So you are going on holiday again Ann. Can I come too? You are always going away, or at least it seems like it, just like Jill.
Dull day so far, but it's not midday yet, so still have hopes,
See you tomorrow.

Hi Sylvia and everyone. actually, while we have been for a couple of odd weeks in the Lake District, this is the first 'foreign' holiday we have had since April.

I have a few cards I must make today including a 70th card for a male!!! always more difficult although this one I think i can use a golf theme.

Hi all,
Take no notice of me Ann, pure jealousy that I cannot go at the moment.
I asked Johan if he would like to join a Keep Fit club this winter as we are getting so stiff, and he agreed, so must keep my eyes open for the next course to begin.

Morning folks, hope you are all well.

I see that quite a few of you have started your Christmas cards, must get my finger out and at least decide what type I am going to make this year, would love to get ahead of myself and get them done early this year.
I see that it is a crafting Sunday and Monday on Create and Craft and also a TSV on QVC on Monday, I must not buy anything, have so much already......

Weather, well it is not raining so I should be happy, but what happened to the summer!!
Off now to finish some birthday cards then to take sister shopping so hope it stays dry or her legs end up getting wet through, must get her a cover for her wheelchair!

Jo, I like your 'plan what type of Christmas cards you are going to do' I just get stuck in and see what happens - i never have a plan until the moment.

that reminds me, better get on with OH's anniversary card as he is not here.
