Hallo everyone and well done on all the weight losses :-D Three stone Shelly, that's really good. We are more or less the same weight now, I'm not sure what I need to be at five foot 4, I'm going to take it half a stone at a time now and see how I look after then

II have been on holiday and managed to put on five and a half pounds in a week! These Cruise ships have such yummy food and I'm afraid to say I fell off the wagon with a bang!

I have been back for a week now and went back to basics and managed to loose four and a half pounds, it went on quickly so perhaps that's why it came off as quickly.

Hope you enjoyed your spa break and feel nice and relaxed Lynda :-D

hi cooper yes i was the same when i whent to disney land at the end of july
i put on weight very quickly as well i think mine took about 2 week to come back off
but i done it and that was the main thing.
im only going for one more stone and i bit to see if i can shiffed a little more of my belly

the truble is though i dont think i should go under the 9st and a 1/2 mark
as i think that will be tacking it to fare
and i have booked in to see my GP first time for well over 5 years
just to have a check up with the weight loss and make share i will be ok to loss
the extra stone

dont fuss to much about eating every think if you are like me and dont get away that offen then make the most of it and enjoy your self

Hi Shelly, I bet your GP will be impressed with your weight loss.

I was 9 stone at my lightest as an Adult and that was 24 years ago! I would be happy at 10 stone or slightly over. Im a bit worried about getting wrinkly :-( A relative who was very thin has put on a bit of weight, just half a stone or so and it has taken years of her as her face is a little fuller and not so drawn.

Off now for a cupboard sort out :-)

Evening Ladies :-D

After returning from holiday today, I went to slimming club, and I had a gain of half a pound, very pleased with that, as I have eaten out, or been cooked for every day, and although it was healthy food, but most had sauces with them. I've had lots of laughs, and some wonderful treatments, I am in cloud cuckoo land, feeling very happy with myself :-D

I was told tonight it's 14 weeks to Christmas, so even if you lost a 1lb a week, you could be a stone lighter by Christmas day, not bad eh :-D

Morning ladies

Well done for your loses and maintains. half a pound Lynda on holiday is really good.

At my heaviest unpreggers I have been 13 st 7 and i wasnt even that full term preggers. We had both given up smoking ( for a year) and both carrying weight. Earlier this year we visted family and a cd was put on of us all in Disney, I was massive and at one point on the CD turned with my back wearing shorts to lift my daughter off a wall, I hid behind a cushion and wailed " why was I allowed to wear shorts" I must of been aware of weight at the time and you know what I looked like I couldnt give a toss, we were both dead happy that is what shows throughout the CD.

However I am very happy at the weight I am right now. I am maintaining which I find harder. :-D

The key to maintaining for me anyway Hayley, is to carry on going to slimming club every few weeks, as when I don't go, I think it doesn't matter if I have a little bit of something I shouldn't have. The ladies at club who get to maintain weight, who come regularly keep it off, a lot of those who leave, once at maintain, often return months later with all the weight back on. Fortunately for me, a girl at our club is starting as a consultant next month, and I have offered to help, so even when I get to my goal weight I will still go to club to help her out :-D

way to gooooooo ann well done

as i have not got a slimming club ill have to make my own badge :-)

a 2lb loss for me this week so im down to 10stone 7pound
i done a cheek on the internet for my bmi and im now in the over waight mark
and not in the obaest mark

well done to all of us xxxx
