Sharron Report 4 Sep 2016 15:44

Who remembers 'Goodness Gracious Me' when they were in the English restaurant trying to eat the blandest dish possible?

Allan

Allan Report 4 Sep 2016 22:13

Well, here I am, slightly more sober but still as bland as ever :-D

I'm amazed that this thread has attracted so much attention, and the word I was searching for in my sozzled state last evening was conjugation, not subjugation :-D :-D :-D

Caroline

Caroline Report 4 Sep 2016 22:16

Was it them shouting Wakey wakey that woke you up Allan

PricklyHolly

PricklyHolly Report 4 Sep 2016 22:20

I find AnnCardiff's post most offensive.

I might just call on Billy Bunter to sort her out!

Yes, Caroline, Billy Cotton has a lot to answer for :-D

JoyLouise Report 4 Sep 2016 22:34

PricklyHolly

PricklyHolly Report 4 Sep 2016 22:35

If I have to pay him to sort Ann out.........forget it.

Sharron

Sharron Report 4 Sep 2016 22:38

Hey, you down there with the glasses.

I read that Billy Cotton's singer (hr did the vocal refrains) Allan Breeze, had a very bad stammer and he was called upon to give evidence in court. He found it so difficult to speak his evidence so he was allowed to sing it.

Graham Report 4 Sep 2016 22:39
