Daughter etc seem to have settled in at our friends/her godfather's

Though our friend's wife sent an email this morning ............ she thinks MJ is at the same stage of "development as her husband ...............

.......... asking and re-asking questions, listening to what is said, then doing exactly what they wanted to do anyway!!

Keeping fingers crossed all continues to go well ..............

........... a rambunctious 3 year old could be very hard for 80+ year olds who have never had children.

Linds...I is good at massage

...one back rub coming up

Massaging my sis' hands was tough though, I have really bad RSI in my left hand...it was worth it though

Cynthia

Cynthia Report 30 Mar 2013 21:36

I think your sister would have found the hand massage very comforting Gins - especially when it's done by someone who loves you..... <3

I have a gift token for a massage from Mother's Day.....must get round to using it soon.

Sylvs, I like the comparison between little one and elderly one......so true in so many cases.

My OH has some shoes which fasten by velcro......son looked at them and said...."see you've gone full circle dad"..... :-D

Hope all goes well with the visit.

Another service tonight...very good it was too..... :-D :-D :-D :-D :-D

Linda

Linda Report 30 Mar 2013 23:19

Sylvia I didn't realise I had got that one :-D :-D :-D :-D

Gins wish I was nearer you for that massage. Which reminds me of a funny story. many years ago we were at the Modern Homes Exibition. They had a stand which was selling various massagers in various forms one of which was a vibrating cushion.

One of my sons offerred to buy me it as a birthday treat.

The lady asked me if I was treating myself and I said "No I am so old that my son is buying me a vibrating cushion"

Everyone withing hearing distance burst out laughing!! I couldn't get away quick enough :-D

Don't know what they were thinking ;-)

Sylvia hope things continue to go well with the visit <3

David hope you get home next weekend :-)
