I have been having problems with my Norton anti virus.

Last night when doing backup it said it had found a problem and would uninstall and reinstall which it did.

Then the b****y thing disappeared and its only the old one thats showing.

I have spent the last 2 hours trying to reload it :-S

No luck I have fired off an email am one very unhappy bunny :-(

daughter et al returned from staying with her godfather on the Island yesterday evening,

They leave on the 11:30 pm plane tonight.

We looked after tiddlie for about 3 hours this morning, while parents went into town, met a friend for coffee etc.

Everything went swimmingly, no tears this time!!

We spent about an hour in a local kiddie's park, where we were duly checked out by 2 of the regular "adults". It seems there is a group who meet there regularly, adults chat while kiddes play ............... and we were NEW!

well, our daughter and family are currently at the airport ....... they should be boarding their plane within a few minutes. It takes off at 11:25 pm.

It has been nice to see them, albeit briefly.



The fire is lit, and breakfast is ready


Porridge

Selection of cold cereals

Full English

scrambled eggs on toast, with choice of bacon, sausage, ham, baked beans, grilled mushrooms

Mushroom and cheese or bacon and tomato omelette

Toast (selection of Artisan breads)
croissants
barm cakes
hot cinnamon rolls



selection of home-made jams, marmalade, marmite



tea, coffee, juices

As daughter is on half-term from work, not sure what I will be doing today. I try and keep the mornings to make sure OH gets out somewhere, and the afternoons making sure that daughter is entertained. By the time evening comes, I am ready to zzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz


Yesterday, I went down to daughter's flat and had a go on her Wii. Hmm. Not sure it was such a good idea.....it tells you your weight, bmi and then gives you your 'age' etc......dear oh dear......pass the zimmer!


So, I chose to do some 'hula-hooping'. The Wii told me that I had done quite well, so why was my daughter having hysterics???


Because she had video-ed my attempts on her phone - that's why!! :-D :-D :-D


Oh dear, it was NOT a pretty sight........ :-0


On that note, I am going for a browse................

Not sure that I can cope with the vision of Cyn abandonly gyrating like that so early in the day. ;-)

Don't put off until tomorrow doing what you can do today. If you like doing it today you can do it again tomorrow. Be kind to your children for it is they who will decide which care home you end up in.
