WOW what a night on the dance floor! fantastic dancing from all,..John's best too!

Hard to judge who's going through....at times it seemed hard to imagine most of them were amateurs.....and Rachel and Vincent? wonderful to watch!

Enjoyed tonights dancing. I am (sort of) hoping that John will be in the bottom two tonight.
I know that he does his best and Christina has done some magnificent choreography (sp?) But ALL the other couples are in a different league.

I agree with MM that Lisa and Cherie seem to be most at risk. Both doing Latin dances I notice.

I don't usually like the Bands version of the songs they sing, especially when it comes to the Latin numbers. I don't think that they do the dancers any favours.

only managed to catch Tom's and Camilla's dance tonight. (ruddy taxi driver reversed his car to get out of the parking lane and hit another car, so had to hang around while they exchanged details, took forever) Was very impressed with their performance. From what I saw of the review's of the other dances Rachel and Vincents was very good.

It's getting good now isn't it?

Once again I know the result. It's getting interesting now isn't it ?

MM does it take away the excitement of the Sunday evening show if you already know the outcome?
Or are you one of the lucky people who are able to see the show live?

Will you be watching anyway, as the lights go out one by one.
I can feel the tension from my side of the screen,
even though I know that it is not a live show.

Can't believe the final two in the dance off.

I would hate to know the result ahead of the dance off show.

Once again John's fan club have messed it up. Even the professionals are showing their annoyance now. Not saying Cherie shouldn't have been in the dance off, but she is definitely better than John. I am beginning to dislike the smug smile on his face now!

Can't believe John has gone through again this week!

I'm glad Lisa won the dance off,but Cherie looked good too, and i'd love to have legs like her lol

Competition's going to get harder folks!!

I agree with you Ann, John's smugness is starting to annoy me too.

For God's sake when will the voting public do the decent thing and vote him off. He's dragging the programme down.
I thought it would of been Lisa and Jodie in the final 2 tonight.

It's all very silly. Cherie was at the top of the board several times.

It seems to me that John's actually embarrassed about it all! Let's face it, he can hardly criticize the people who've voted him back, can he?

I must admit, I'm surprised he's through again, though I do like him as a person.

I thought that Christina (John's partner) had an "On, no!" look on her face, when she heard that they had got through (again).
They seemed to be hinting on "Take Two" that they had picked a good-bye theme to their dance, as they hoped it would be the last one fot them.
After all, they can't really say "Please, don't vote for us".
They have now got to go through another week. It must be very difficult for Christina, to know that all the other couples are much better then her and John. No matter what she comes up with they will be outclassed. Can't do much for her self-esteem.

Come on people, be kind to Christina and John.
Don't vote for them.!!!!

Did you notice that when everyone gathered round to say goodbye to Cherie - John was the only one who wasn't there - and I am not surprised. Even his partner looks stunned and embarrassed every week when they get through - she must be sick to death of him by now. Don't get me wrong, as a personality and broadcaster I think he's great, but he should do the right thing now and pull out of the contest. Why haven't they given him a disco dance I'd like to know

it's turned into a farce and is ruining one of TV's programmes that I actually looked forward to

We'll it's time to spill the beans.

I met

Darren Gough on Friday night, and he so hot. He was switching on the Xmas lights at our Town Centre and I even got to cuddle him, and he is solid muscle. he was really nice and so down to earth and apparently was over whelmed by the response he got from the people around here.

AnnCardiff

AnnCardiff Report 16 Nov 2008 23:21

pretty tasty him I agree - which particular parts of him were solid muscle may I ask!!!!

Helen1959

Helen1959 Report 16 Nov 2008 23:24

well his stomach muscles and his gluteus maximus were very firm.

Theresa Tread Anywhere - no actually it doesn't spoil the results show for me. I just like to know without having to wait 24 hours or more. I don't know why I prefer to know asap but I do BUT I certainly wouldn't whisper a word to anyone who much prefers to wait till the Sunday show.

As for the result - I said earlier I feared for both Lisa and Cherie but do agree that I think John should have been joined in the bottom two by one or other of them. There was nothing to choose between Lisa and Cherie in the dance-off but I personally would have preferred Cherie to stay but only because I personally can't 'take' to Lisa. As for John - well as suggested by many he could 'resign' but apparently Kenny Logan wanted to pull out in favour of Gabby last year, but the BBC wouldn't allow it. The contestants do after all sign a contract and presumably there must be some clause in it prohibiting this, I don't know. Unfortunately I don't think James did the chances of John being voted out any favours by bringing it to the fore on live tv when he himself was going out, because the GBP do not like (a) being told what to do and (b) what they interpret as 'sour grapes' by someone voted out. Up to now they seem to have enjoyed literally putting two fingers up at the judges and being perverse - due to some of the unnecessary caustic comments meted out. Much as I agree it is now beginning to spoil the show and put its credibility in jeopardy, we can only hope that the GBP start either this week or next to vote for the folk who gave the best performance. I have a feeling John could go this coming week, fingers crossed.
