Morning ladies, didn't sleep to bad last night, hope you all did too.

The weather here is really lovely, a bright sunny day. Going down to my local garden centre later for a mooch about, picking my friend up on the way as she doesn't drive. Incidently she is 39 in November and her periods are starting to mess her about. I suppose it could be the on set off the change. She's a bit like me, has no mum to ask or sisters, so we are both in the same boat!

Anyway be back later, take care.

Well I have to say I have enjoyed this thread, and whats more taken down all the TIPS for my daughter in law as we were only talking about her menopausal state over the Easter week.

I could see my sons face.....poor man does not know what he has to face yet !!

I told him not to marry an older woman ......LOL

Ann, I heartily agree! I have tried to go without my diuretic occasionally, but the habit of weeing so often must be ingrained by now, 'cause it dont make no difference!

Good evening ladies

Well, if I have to start taking duiretics (sp) then I may as well set up some sort of harness contraption for me to sleep at night on the loo! Failing that I would insist on a catheter and a bell jar by the side of the bed! lol

Well,I seem to have a better washer today but not perfect.Trouble is that, when you have a cold you seem to pee pure ammonia and,if you are not very careful, you can smell like a sea-gulls bum!

I think all OH's should read this thread - they may get a better understanding of our plight and also realise that they are not alone n their "suffering" pmsl!

Helen, your poor OH, I hope he has gone to bed because he is tired and not because he is getting out the way lol
