Had a call at lunch time today from daughter who said that the baby wasn't well and they went to doctor.
He sent them to hospital where poor little one had lumbar puncture and they found bugs in spinal fluid.she is only 6 weeks old and has been so healthy and good.

They came to stay 2 weeks ago and she slept and had her bottle ,no problem.
They can't rule out brain damage,but don't know yet what form it is.
My granddaughter and her partner are staying with her all night and her 3 other girls are staying at their uncles.
We could do with a few prayers and positive thoughts please.
They said that the reason she was crying so much that she would have a terrible headache..

You know Hayley that your Avatar is her name...I got in a bit of trouble at Christmas When they said what her name was and I said it was a title not a name...and was told to get into the 21st century...but now I feel so sorry for them as she is a lovely little one.
She is in the right place and the hospital is very modern now .Its one where I had my daughter and where she had hers...including her First who was a 2 lb.prem and in there for 2 months and he is now a 32 yr old chef..very healthy...so we have faith that they will give her the very best treatment.
