To wake everyone up a bit..........fresh fruit juice......smoothies

Full English - full works

Continental - hams and cheeses

Toast - assorted breads including croissants

Porridge

Can just hear a discussion about the latest advert re smoking.....sounds as though it is very graphic and unpleasant........ :-(

I have started the brekkie............

Hams and cheeses set out with hot bread rolls and crackers etc.

Cereals, yoghurts and fresh fruits, porridge is bubbling........

Sausages and bacon are sizzling in the pan and mushrooms and tomatoes under the grill.

Eggs will be cooked as you like them.

Been busy cos am taking my friend out shopping this afternoon.

My daughter's birthday tomorrow - so am also trying to get right for that!

Cripes, you lot have been quiet while Ive been away :-0

Its not been quiet where Ive been! Family are all well, kids loved their gifts and we were 'out' eating more than 'in'

Came back early so JB could go to the match today. Set off from Wales at 9.50 and it only took us an hour and a half....normally takes two and a half. Hardly any traffic, but the roads were covered in water, so I stuck to the speed limit

Did a bit of aquaplaning on the way home!

Thank you Ginns - I have been wondering how she was doing but didn't want to ask you and 'stirr up sad thoughts for you' at this time.

So sad to hear the news but she seems to be coping with it well !

She just needs your support and contact!

When we are faced with such situations as your sister is in, I can say that it is probably not what is happening to her that she is worrying about but how it will affect the people in her life who she cares about .

If she knows that 'you' can all cope with the situation then things will be a lot easier for her.

Boy, today has been a busy day..............

.....took friend and my daughter out to do some shopping this afternoon and it seemed to go for ever.................................

Brought a load of daughter's washing home because she was getting stressed about getting it done..........didn't sit down till about 7.30 then got up again to take her home. An early night methinks........ :-D

I have been swimming and bowling today so pretty tired. I also have bruises after an encounter with the pool steps. :-(

we have had a busy day had grandaughter for the afternoon she was fun found my chocolate hiding place and said "Gran want a big little bit" She will get me into trouble ;-)
