I dont think Cyns blinds are foldable, Linds

I washed my Roman blinds (sitting room) a couple of years ago and they shrunk........

Linds, I was uneasy about using the washing machine so opted for the handwash instead.


Don't know if we are supposed to be having snow or not to be honest. Whatever. I have plenty of stuff in but would prefer it to just rain instead.


Lovely new dressing gown arrived today - got it half price in an online sale. All snuggly, warm and soft.......just like me... :-D :-D

Yes, his daughter had a bad horse accident.

I don't seem to have stopped all day.....I started to do my housework at about 7.15am - then breakfast-shower-shopping-out to lunch-sort freezer out and here I am. Very glad to sit down for a while......


Seems as though we are all going to get some snow tomorrow.... :-( :-(


Anyway, going for a browse round and do my messaging. ~~~

Well our snow has started....about an hour ago, although it is very light at the moment.

Ive stocked up on food so that I dont have to drive in the awful stuff

Might be having a quiet Friday, for a change

Cynthia when we bought our blinds I asked for ones that could be put in the machine save all the hard work. Last time I changed I just took one of the slats off for them to use as a template and only paid for the new slats. Saved money :D

We've had quite a messy few days.


I've still got my foot problem, so it's been regular icing and elevation for me.

But the male visitor had a bad asthma attack on Tuesday ...... he usually gets about one a year, but they went on a 3 day cruise in Florida over Christmas, and there was smoking in almost all areas of the ship (plus smoke coming through the air conditioning vents), and thtat set him off.

OH had to take him to one of our walk-in medical clinics yesterday (Wednesday) 'cos he was no better ................. and the doctor there thought he might have pneumonia, so said she didn't want him to fly (due to leave today). She set him for xrays, as well as giving him antibiotics, steroids, and an ashtma inhaler

he had to go back this morning, pick up the xray cd, and then go back to the Clinic.

Fortunately, he doesn't have pneumonia, but he does have bronchitis in the upper tubes.

So he will be allowed to fly, but has to go see his doctor on Monday.

The female cousin has now packed all the cases ............ and asked to be taken out shopping, 'cos she still has some things she'd like to get! :-0
