Good morning all :-D

Sausage patties with tomatoes and, maybe, a little bit of bacon would be very unhealthy, but absolutely lovely.......thank you Sylvs. :-D

We've got a BBQ for the children at church this afternoon but I think it's going to pour down..... :-( Never mind.....we plod on.

Thrown some washing in in the hope that it will dry outside before the rain makes an appearance.

Those tulips sound wonderful Gins - what a lovely thought from the donor. Yellow tulips are so fresh and cheery - bet they cheered everyone up no end.

Loads of ironing to do this morning.....back later...~~~

Been quiet on here hasn't it.

Gins - pleased J's a bit perkier.

Jonesey - the doctors have been quick to diagnose your son, hopefully he can settle back to normal now.

Have been busy, busy, busy in the garden - still loads to do. They're quite small gardens but I think it's the having no grass and all just flowers that takes the work - not to mention 12 hanging baskets (OK, I bought 2 of them), 4 window boxes, and around 30 various pots and planters.

My nails are wrecked - will have to go and have them shellaced.

Gee

Gee Report 27 May 2013 09:32

shellaced :-S :-S

WHAT.....................................?????

Dea

Dea Report 27 May 2013 10:30

She means 'varnished' Ginns :-D :-D :-D

MarieCeleste

MarieCeleste Report 27 May 2013 11:17

No Dea - I mean Shellac, not ordinary varnish

http://www.jesmondbeauty.co.uk/shellac/

It lasts at least 2 weeks, doesn't chip at all.

Dea

Dea Report 27 May 2013 11:48

O.K. then - 'posh and expensive' varnish ! ;-) :-D :-D :-D
