Carolina the tablets will do nothing but help you. Once you get use to the idea of taking them, you will stop panicing. Have you heard of Clair Weeks? She writes books about panic, why don't you have a look at your local library or on line. I read one years ago and it was a great help for me.
Now you have the tablets working for you, and your training, to run in run for life. You have made two huge steps to help yourself and it will give you a purpose you are going to get better. xxx

Irene what a lot you have going on. Where in the world are you? 6 sheep, 3 cats, and two dogs for company? Is it the tablets! lol. Bless you .
Hot bath sounds great ( why do we always fancy what we can't have)! OH will want one when he gets home, but will have to wait a couple of days until boiler is replaced.

maxiMary Report 31 Jan 2008 17:41

Please pass on some of that beautiful weather, it's SOOOOO cold here, they are promising another 10cm of snow tomorrow.

Carolina we are cheering for you, when i can't sleep at night (I can fall asleep in the chair anytime during the day!!) I tackle a crossword or suduko puzzle, makes my eyes tired!!

It occurred to me this morning that watching "talk shows" on TV, where they interview folks who have had tragedies in their lives, or miracle recoveries from accident etc, I get right involved emotionally and feel down the rest of the day. now I try and turn on music instead, cut down listening or watching the news also, it's always bad news.

Hello everyone, been out most of the day, I want to be here for you all but I'm afraid my chemo is not playing fair so I am going to bed. How do you feel Carolina? Did you have a talk to doc Jules? I will be back on tomorrow to catch up with you all, and am thinking of you.
