I didnt know you put milk in your eggy bread, I thought it was just bread dipped in beaten egg and fried?

SylviaInCanada

SylviaInCanada Report 17 Aug 2012 07:57

I put a very small amount of milk in to the beaten egg, just to make it a little more runny .......

............... and I also add vanilla, cinnamon, and nutmeg :-D

Night Sylvs - sleep tight.

Thank you for the eggy bread but not with anything sweet...........arrgghh

I only like it with tomato ketchup. Mind you, haven't ever tried it sweet so I may just change my mind ;-)

Grey and wet here today but at least I got my washing dry yesterday so that's a bonus.

Had better go get my shower.... ~~~~~

Once the summer hols are over and daughter is back at work, I should be around more. :-D

'Tis only August and the nights are already drawing in........ :-(

Hope you've had a nice peaceful day Dea.............or have you been knocking on the neighbour's doors offering to vacuum their carpets??? :-D

Dea

Dea Report 17 Aug 2012 20:35

No Cynths - I 'wored' myself out !!

I vacuumed the upstairs hall and the downstairs one, the bathroom (with a little improvisation on the cleaning tools), the office and the main bedroom - then I tried to do the stairs but I am afraid that they defeated me !!! :-( :-( :-(

Oh well - looks like I will be able to do all the house except the stairs in the future, albeit in smaller chunks than I did today !! - that is indeed a giant leap forward !!! :-D :-D :-D

Hubby will have to do the stairs!
