Not bad at all Ginns but I can outdo them by more than 10 years ;-)

Did it start out as one of them 'funny marriage arrangements' then (to keep him in the Country) and end in 'wedded bliss' ???

Good morning Cynthia !

Lovely breakfast - thank you <3

I will have all mine fried please - much tastier and I just love all those calories and cholesterol! ;-) :-D

Actually though, my favourite way of doing sausages is in the oven - they come out with lovely skins on the outside which go 'pop' when you bite into them :-)

Delicious......................

See you later,

"I've left some ciggies on the doorstep for Jonesey."

Thank you for your kindness Cyn.

As you know unless I am away from home on holiday I rarely eat breakfast. My all time favourite holiday breakfast treat used to be served to me as a child by a maiden great aunt who lived in Cheshire. Whilst staying with her one option amongst the choice offered for breakfast or Break-Fast as she pronounced it, was always home bottled (In Kilner jars) Bartlett pears served with cream. Now that was the way to start the day in style.

Glad you had a lovely evening Ginns <3

Thank you Joy and Cynths - my tooth was a bit of a false alarm, I am glad to say - I thought it was the start of an abcess as it was quite painful in the morning but it actually got better throughout the day rather than worse so it obviously wasn't ! :-D

It seems to be the gum which I must have bruised or grazed with something I had eaten - It is still quite tender but perfectly alright.

I have had a lovely but tiring day with my 3 year old grandson - he never ceased to amaze me !!

He wanted to play some little childrens games on the computer today - he is quite good with the mouse now and knows how to change the games over and scroll the screen up and down etc.

He found a new game, dressing up little cartoon animals with various changes of clothes and quite liked to do that :-) When he wanted to find another animal he didn't know how to do it and asked 'grandad' who said "click on that red shape, whatever it is, at the bottom.

Immediately, little grandson said - 'It's a octagon' grandad" and duly clicked on it to get to the choice of animals he wanted. :-D :-D :-D

Glad you had a good time Gins........ :-D

Jonesey - you've reminded me.......when we used to go on holiday to my grandparents in Kent, I just loved waking up to the smell of my grandad frying bacon. It was 'proper' bacon bubbling away in its own beautiful fat - no white stuff, no gunk, just bee-yoot-iful! I've gorn all nostalgic now...... :-)

Dea, I recently bought a 2 portion George Foreman grill. It's really good and very quick when it's just the two of us...... :-D

Gee

Gee Report 24 Aug 2012 18:21

Glad your teef are ok Dea

I do like the smell of bacon........never tempted to eat it though, lamb smell......makes me gip

Dea

Dea Report 24 Aug 2012 18:22

BUT - How long does it take to clean it Cynths ???

I don't know about that particular one but I have had such 'gadgets' in the past and although they are wonderful in some respects, it takes for ever to get them clean afterwards ;-)

Dea Xxx

Gee

Gee Report 24 Aug 2012 19:10

I cant agree more Dea.........the more 'bits' the harder to clean, I end up throwing them away :-(
