What is it with old people and radiators in this weather?

Every where was like a sauna today.

Where is the party? I hope I am not too late?

Been a busy day went out for lunch with the widow of one of my Mums cousins (he died 2 years ago yesterday).

My "Aunt" ( we always called them Aunt and Uncle ) who is in her 80's had brought some old family photos for me :-D :-D

Only problem is that she isn't sure who some of the people are (Uncle's side of the family) :-(

I did know some of them and will ask some of the other rellies for help.

BUT I now have a photo of my maternal GG with some of her grandchildren (just a shame it was b4 my Mum was born)

I now have pictures of both my GG with their grandchildren and I am sooo pleased :-D :-D

The only GG I don't have a photo of is my maternal GG and no-one can recall seeing a picture of him :-(

Hopefully tomorrow will be a quiet day and I will get time to work on my FT :-D

I may be around a little bit tomorrow ... if I've finished packing and sorting stuff.

But it is also a physio day, so I am out for most of the morning and afternoon.

Take care

I have just unticked my auto renew for membership.

Now I was a Gold member and I am going to downgrade to Standard as I think this is mor suitable for me.

If I do this do I keep my boardname etc ie is the only thing that changes the price I pay? fee due on 5/9 so when should I renew so I dont lose anything?

Dea

Dea Report 21 Aug 2012 13:36

I think it would be wise to renew before the old one expires Linds- just make sure that you tick on the standard membership !!

Everything else should remain the same.

Linda Report 21 Aug 2012 13:55

Thanks Dea,

I have looked at the renewal details and I can renew from 2 weeks before the due date - which will be tomorrow - so will have a look tomorrow :-D

jax Report 21 Aug 2012 15:03

You dont need to renew until your sub runs out Linda

Mine runs out at midnight tonight (thought it was last night) but I never renew until it wont let me post anymore.

I also down graded from gold to standard a couple of years ago and it now costs me £9.95 for six months

I also dont remember there being an option to downgrade until my subs had lapsed
