Good morning all :-)

Looks like there is no breakfast on the go :-(

I will set out the cereals, danishpastries and croissants, fresh fruits and yoghurts.

platters of various hams and cheeses, hot fresh bread rolls, crackers, toast and various sweet and savoury spreads...............

Porridge is bubbling away and bacon, sausages are sizzling in the pan.

mushrooms, tomatoes etc under the grill - eggs will be cooked to order !

Now, that all smells much better :-D :-D :-D

Tea, coffee and juices are on their way.

Glad you trip went O.K. Sylvia - I am sure that even if your friend didn't realise what was going on, your visit must have been a great comfort to his wife.

Gins glad your sis is good she will be looking forward to seeing her daughter.

My son lost his match BUT his fight was the only one that went the full five rounds and he got a bonus for going the distance.

His opponent said it was a hard fight and said he had done well for his first fight. He was still buzzing when he came home. But he is suffering from sore muscles today ;-)

Dea

Dea Report 17 Feb 2013 19:36

Ohhhhh Linds - I don'tlike the sound of that !!!!!

Could he not take up a more gentle pursuit ???

Dea I know I told him most boxers are giving up at his age not starting ;-)

That's why I couldn't go and watch last night but P and F (partner) are just away they brought the video that no 2 son had done for me to see :-|

My brother just off phone said he did really well for his first fight.

I was hoping he would get put off but no luck he is still on a high will be a while beforre he does it again :-D

Thank you Sylvs........porridge for me please. <3

Normal would be nice, but I'm not sure it can be achieved........on here.....:-D

Sorry your son lost his match Linds and, like you, I'm not sure I would want to watch if it was my son who was fighting. They'll always be our 'children' I guess..... :-)

We're off to Liverpool this afternoon to see the Registrar re OH. They usually see how the meds are going and if they need altering at all. I suppose they are also watchful for any deterioration. There maybe a little with him but, on the whole, he is fairly stable at the moment.

Will have to tackle Mount Ironing this morning.........~~~~
