On the boat, given as a smooth crossing. Just got my Internet access so hopefully the time will pass quickly.

My Skype is working too so won't have to pay for calls either for the 3 1/2 hours crossing.

For the blinis --- how about putting small slices Carpaccio of Beef - with horseradish

to suit both Italian girl friend and Yorkshire sons

or you could have done the mini Yorkshire puds with sliced roast beef in with horseradish

Renes this is the Steam Packet. In the summer if we use the seacat no Internet access unless you go first class. Suppose to take 2 1/2 hours but all summer took 4 hours from Liverpool because they were only running on three or two engines. Suppose to run on four. Torture not being able to buy internet access for anywhere on the boat like on here, The Ben My Chree

Life Jacket behind door. We are in a cabin with OH easier and more comfortable. 3 1/2 hour crossing and there is a shower in the bathroom with towels, i suppose someone may require one. Steward helps us to and from cabin getting on and off and in case of emergency.

Just plonking in here w/o reading -- anybody notice the post from the humanoid from the red planetoid? anybody remember the rhyming fellow with the 100+ threads who never lifted a finger for any of his own work? One and the same, in case anybody's wondering.

That thread is gone now, after m g n v gave an explanation of how to find things for yourself w/o paying for subs, and I said that the person in question wasn't in the habit doing things for himself. Of course that's only because all us old biddies so enjoy doing it for him! If you ask him, anyhow.
