I was chatting to Bezzie who is here for 2 nights before departing to London to look after grandchildren for a while(gone to bed to read now she has).
Their mother is off to Mexico with older half sister for "drug trials"and yes I did ask if that was medical or not !!
Apparently something to do with new Dia Dih oh b&*^^r...Trots.....drug
Sounds nice...NOT
Father of grandchildren remarried with baby and his house is not big enough to accomodate all at once for weeks at a time.

I just found this on my internet news service:-

Colombian authorities find World Cup trophy made of cocaine at a mail warehouse at Bogota International Airport

The 36-centimetre-high (14-inch-high) statue was inside a box headed for Madrid, Spain. The statue was painted gold with green stripes on the base.

.......... laboratory tests confirmed the cup was made of 11 kilos (24 pounds) of cocaine mixed with acetone or gasoline to make it mouldable.

Absolutely, Sylvia. Bit concerned about the knee high slit though....mind it doesn't let the draught in!

Shame about the shoes - not sure Doc Martens will go with that ensemble!!

Only teasing...have a lovely time - hope you get your photo taken :))

Went with daughter to pick something up at son's today. He has been hoping for a quiet afternoon....honestly, it was like Chester zoo with so many kids playing around!

He came to the door to see me off holding his little step grandson. He had been trying to encourage this little one (21 months old) to say my daughter's name. No joy.

However, when he said to me "Bye mum", this little voice piped up "Bye mum"...............ah bless.

Golly, nearly time for bed already. Early start tomorrow. Seeya folks. Behave.....hahahahaha

Could anyone have a look at this for me please?

Name: John Baulf
Age: 29
Estimated birth year: abt 1823
Spouse Name: Mary Ann Kirk
Spouse Age: 25
Record Type: Marriage
Event Date: 13 Sep 1852
Parish: St Nicholas, Plumstead
County: Middlesex
Borough: Greenwich
Father Name: P Baulf
Spouse Father Name: John Kirk
John is Gunner RA
Residence Cole Fields?
Witness Charles Kirk Janette? Davis

Baulfe is a rare name and I have most of the Greenwich ones covered.

I cannot see any sign of John Baulf 1823 or his wife in any census or any other record. It is possible that he is a child of Peter Baulfe but he is not with any known member of the family in 1841.
