Hi Maz, It is the animals singing. Not very long. I think the proverb comes in at the end. Reckon it's a do gooders video.

Understand your reluctance to download anything DET. Are you driving or walking between the two h ouses. If driving why don't you ask the workmen the best place to cross the roads. And if walking well they could always put you into one of their wheelbarrrows and trundle you across!!

Just had reply from Ancestry re my query. They are working on the problem and hope to have a solution soon. Information is very welcome because it means I was not having a senior's moment and doing something creative.

It's wonderful watching everyone enjoying themselves preparing for the end of the year with celebrations and festivities. I'm the wally watching all the invoices roll in, the ones generated by the aforesaid celebrations. The ones that need to be paid before the end of the year.

had a really good sleep busy day ahead again need to shop for some bits today ,have youth again today ,still hardly any signal on my phone but messages are getting there .

Has anyone checked the boakins are still in the Throne room? Perhaps they decided that the phone mast needed a decoration and have drapped their glitter encrusted bodies over it lol.

Poor Aunty and YG, working their fingers to the bone. At least AS will have a month off when the work is done. But I bet YG's will increase in the New Year!

Road repairers decided to have the night off, so apart from my friend nearly running down a man in a florescent jacket walking in the middle of the road, there appeared to have been no activity. Didn't fancy tar on my botty, thanks Aunty!!!!! We take it in turns to collect each other then disappear off down the pub for a girly chat without OH's in attendence. 3 drinks each - one alcoholic then a soft one and the last a coffee. Despite my reputation, a very sober affair!

Oh DET It pleases me greatly that you solved your problem with regard to the crossing of the street. Being a thinking type person, never short of a suggestion, by sometimes short of half a wit, my next suggestion was to be the catapult.

I really don't know why you never thought of it in the first place. The homeward journey would have been a delight. A couple more beverages, whoooooooosh across the street, right into your own front yard, bounce, bounce, slide through the front door.

Morning DET , morning all. Hope you have all been behaving in my absence LOL. I was so tired last night after 2 nights of partying with Rainbows then last night Brownies that I could not be bothered to even switch the computer on LOL. Feeling a bit better today thank goodness only woke up once coughing last night so not so bad. I am supposed to be bomb proofing the house at the moment as I am having a certain little visitor later this morning LOL.

No not a thing Aunty but Hey ho nothing unusual there. LOL. My body hurts without going anywhere outside the house. I have strained my stomach and back coughing OUCH !!!!! Now have to hold on to them while I cough.

Given the current intellectual debates abounding in the hallowed halls of far beyond Nut Lodge, I really have to wonder what it was that was considered offensive in our thread.

I would really like to ask GR that very question. However I am exceedingly troubled by the fact that in doing so I might be the cause of the demise of this thread.
