Nice to hear that the new ATC swap is "Spring" - shouldn't be too difficult I think.
I washed my hair today and massaged my scalp. I never had really thick hair, but this is ridiculous. Who knows may get curls next time round! My brother had the curls but when his hair was cut the curls never came back again. Think of the money I will save on permanents!
Miserable weather, so plenty of time for cardmaking. I have so many made now.
Anyway can now get down to the ATC cards.
Have a nice evening. How are you Liz

Evening all,

Just been watching the soaps.

Sorry sylvia to leave you talking to yourself.

Not done any card making today but my pc access will be limited for the next few days so i will probably be making a few then. Trouble is I have ahd to move all my card stuff out of here because Tony is decorating this room for the next few days. Quite a performance as I ahve a lot of books and files etc. So tomorrow he will concentrate on one wall and I have moved all my books off thatw all into the spare bedroom. Just hope we don't get any unexpected visitors or they will be very uncomfortable sharing the bed with all the books.

I am tempted by the Feb AVC, don't usually do them but Spring is a nice title.

Hi Ginnie & Ann,

Oh Ann poor you, all that decorating still.
Dreading starting mine, but it's got to be done this year, been here 4yrs in June and only decorated the downstairs, mind you it's easy enough I only paint, can't wallpaper to save my life :)
Let me know if I should put you on the March ATC list Ann.
Ginnie, I love watching the glitter girls, they are soo good, the embossing boards today were lovely but I can't get into them myself, one of my friends here does a lot of cards on them tho.We met the glitter girls when we went to the NEC last year, lovely ladies.

Hi Ginnie and Heather, No didn't watch craft day, I was too busy clearing this room out this afternoon and this morning I met an ex GR friend for coffee (Sally***).

heather I will have a think and let you know. Except for the lounge this is the last room this year and the lounge has anaglypta paper so only need painting. That is what we are bust doing, putting up anaglypta type paper so that in the future there is less to do.

Hi heather
OK I will do the March ATCs if nobody minds me dipping in and out of ATCs. I don't always have time.

by 15th March & stamped addressed envelope is that correct. Does a large stamp cover it?

will it confuse you if i send them before 16th Feb? Only I am away for a week from 16th then have the op immediately i come back and may not feel like sitting too long over craft stuff until i have the stitches out (10 days).

Hi all,
We cannot receive any of the programmes where they do crafts. We can only get BBC1 and BBC2.
I've been making some Easter cards which is what I never do as I think Xmas is enough, but was tempted when I got a free sheet with 3D Easter pictures on it with a magazine.
Have almost finished my ATC cards and then have a 60th birthday card to make for a man - which it was a woman!
No news from Jill so suppose she is having a good time.
Won't be long now Ann before your op is over! Good luck.

hi All, an hour on here now that there is a lull in the decorating. at least I made the spring ATCs today and 3 Easter cards so that was something.

heather I have to have day surgery to remove quite a large patch with a rodent ulcer on it. That is on 26th Feb, have to go for my pre op on 13th.

Joy, welcome. i assume that Jo will get in contact with you as she is co-ordinator for new additions to our group.

Sylvia, yes, wont be long until the op now, will be glad to get it over with. I usually just send a few easter cards.

Morning all, hope you are all OK, just a quickie as daughter and children on their way.
Weather here lovely and sunny today but very cold and frosty, just the sort of weather I love.
No crafting for me, but hope you all have a lovely weekend.

Where is NEC?
I envy you lot who can get to these craft shows, and would say do it whilst you can. I cannot stand or walk for long so it makes it difficult for me now.
Have a nice day.

Afternoon all, weather here just lovely but cold, still just what I like.

Not going to the NEC, well I don't think I am!! lol

Hubby watching the rugby so I am going to do a bit more sorting out of my crafting things seems to be a very slow process!! Probably will find some bits I forgot I had.
Enjoy the rest of your weekend.

Hi all,
Thank you Brummie for pointing out to me what/where NEC is.
Jo Jo, I have now finished sorting through my craft things and know where everything is. It is a lovely feeling. Yesterday I did my business letters and tonight I am going to do my personal letters. Up to date, yes, a lovely feeling not to be in a muddle any more.
My ATC cards went into the post today.
The flat had a "lick and a promise" today. This is one of my mother's expressions, so I guess she was none too keen on housework either.
Have a nice evening everybody.
