Another day snowed in but today I have a huge highlight to my day.....the hair stylist, I can walk there!

Then when I get home I'll have fun cleaning the second half of the sitting room, started it yesterday but it takes ages to do a real clean and move all the furniture etc

Then I may add more excitment to my day by finishing off my latest William Boyd 'Ordinary Thunderstorms;

...wow, now top that!!!

Corrie tonight is live so I cant wait for that.

I last saw her 'riding off into the sunset' on the back of a JCB Cynthia, with a man who was NOT her husband and clutching 2 mugs of steaming hot tea!!

I don't think we will see 'her' again???

Theres a man goes into Tesco, getting on a bit about Cyns age 80ish

He sprays his on! He is totally bald and obviously sprays over and over, you dont have to be close to him to see the cracks!

He also uses a templet and the line around his face and neck are perfect

What a numpty, you think his wife would tell him

Got the car out and managed to get to Tesco where they have a couple of cheeky Champagne's on offer, so I got a 'few' for Christmas day

Now I have to try and find out what happened to her ................... I think I'll see if a niece in Rawtenstall will be able to do anything.

That's if niece is there and not in Florida with her long distance relationship boy friend!

ja...x, my friend gets her hair done at home and I guess it's a good option for you. I always love having my hair done and feel all the better for it.



Daughter's vacuum cleaner has packed up so I have the task of getting it fixed. Fortunately, it is still under guarantee which is helpful. The firm sent a bag for it to be packed into with instructions on how to contact the company who will pick it up. I phoned the pick up company this afternoon and............it was picked up about 20 minutes later. I was flabbergasted........never know anything like it before. Fortunately OH had put it in the bag ready.
