Unable to search my tree NEW

If you perform a search in your tree, select a name from the search results and you find you  are returned to the root person, the problem is likely to be that you have your compatibility view on your toolbar ticked. On your Internet explorer toolbar, please go to 'tools' and then please ensure that compatibility view and compatibility view settings are both unticked, you should then be able to search your tree again. For Internet Explorer 8 when you open your internet browser on an internet page you will see at the top of the page, File, Edit, View, Favourites and Tools - please click on 'Tools' and you will then see compatibility view.

You can also do a search by clicking on to the list view and typing in the name of the person you want to find. Everyone listed on your tree under that name will appear. You can then select the one you want from the list. If you then click on Immediate Family at the top of the list this will take you directly to that relation in your tree.

Also from the list view you can also open out the edit panel to make any changes you need to that relation. On the edit panel you can also click on the 'Add' button at the top to add more names to that person.
